All payments, billing, invoicing, and financial transactions across Ecowrkz workspaces and website services are managed and processed exclusively by Rankraze Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Ecowrkz is a premium coworking and managed workspace brand owned and operated by Rankraze Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). By accessing or using the services provided by Ecowrkz, including our website (ecowrkz.com) and physical coworking spaces, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Through Ecowrkz, Rankraze Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides flexible workspace solutions, hot desks, dedicated desks, private office cabins, managed office spaces, meeting rooms, event spaces, and virtual office services. All services are subject to availability, registration verification, and the specific terms of the chosen membership plan or service agreement.
Members and guests are expected to maintain professional conduct and respect the shared workspace environment. Use of the premises for illegal or unauthorized activities is strictly prohibited. Members are responsible for their personal belongings, guests, and equipment while on the premises.
Ecowrkz is operated by Rankraze Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Payments for workspace bookings, day passes, meeting room reservations, office rentals and related services are collected and processed by Rankraze Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Invoices, receipts, and statutory tax documents are issued by Rankraze Technologies Pvt. Ltd., using its applicable registered business and GST details. Membership and booking fees are payable in advance according to the chosen billing cycle or online checkout terms. Late payments or payment defaults may result in suspension of facility access or services.
Refunds and cancellations are strictly governed by the terms of the relevant workspace booking or service agreement and the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on this website. Meeting room reservations are subject to our published time-bound notice cancellation matrix. Dedicated desk, private cabin, and managed office agreements are governed by individual contracts with specified lock-in periods, security deposit terms, and notice requirements (e.g., standard 2-month notice). Nothing on this website implies that every payment is automatically refundable if workspace contracts contain different terms. Non-refundable service fees, no-shows, or late cancellations are non-refundable.
Rankraze Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Ecowrkz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or equipment downtime. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability of third-party utility services.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms, payments, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Rankraze Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
