Account & Data Deletion Request

In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and global data privacy standards, you have the right to request the permanent erasure of your account and all associated personal data.

Instant Self-Serve Deletion in Mobile App

If you have the Skaleit mobile application installed on your Android or iOS device, you can delete your account instantly without waiting for manual verification:

  1. Open the Skaleit app and log in.
  2. Go to Settings (or Profile > Security).
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Review the erasure notice, confirm by typing DELETE, and tap Permanently Delete Account.

1. What Data is Permanently Deleted

Upon executing an account deletion request, the following records are immediately and permanently purged:

  • Profile Information: Full name, verified work email, telephone number, job title, and company affiliation.
  • Authentication Credentials: Password hashes, OAuth single sign-on links, and biometric session keys.
  • Active Sessions & Devices: Invalidation of all refresh tokens, JWT authentication sessions, and registered device push tokens.
  • Personal Media: Profile avatar pictures and custom room uploads stored on Cloudflare R2 cloud storage.
  • Preferences: Custom notification settings, time zone defaults, calendar sync links, and meeting buffer preferences.
  • Pending Bookings: Any future scheduled workspace reservations are automatically canceled to free facility inventory.

2. Data Retained for Legal & Statutory Compliance

Under applicable Indian corporate, taxation, and GST laws, financial invoices and transaction logs for completed bookings (including Razorpay order IDs and GST tax invoices) must be archived for accounting and audit audits for the period mandated by law. These records are anonymized to detach personal identifiers.

3. Online Web Request Form (No App Required)

If you have uninstalled the app or are unable to access your device, submit your details below or email our Data Protection team directly at support@skaleit.com or enquiry@ecowrkz.com. Web deletion requests are processed within 24–48 business hours.
